Adi previously served as Vice President of Program Execution, where he oversaw cross-functional team leadership, strategic project planning, and large-scale deployment initiatives. With over 16 years of experience in warehouse management, automation, and supply chain operations, he has led the execution of projects exceeding $1 billion across major distribution and logistics networks.
As COO, Adi will oversee all operational functions and drive excellence across Zone 4’s nationwide projects. His focus will include optimizing execution processes, scaling performance across teams, and ensuring flawless delivery on every client engagement.
