Material Flow Systems
Multi-level pick modules and other flow systems are installed with one goal: to support the layout and performance your integrator has designed. We stay agile, solve problems on-site, and keep things moving.
Electrical Installation Services
Zone 4 delivers comprehensive electrical installation services for complex automation and material-handling environments. Our team installs, terminates, and integrates all power and control panels; routes and pulls conduit, cable, and wiring systems to specification; and ensures all devices, sensors, and field equipment are properly aligned with your automation and controls architecture.
Conveyor Systems
We install conveyor lines, high-speed sorters, tilt trays, and cross-belt systems—whether it’s a phased deployment or a full facility rollout. Whether it’s greenfield or brownfield, our crews work around our clients’ operations to minimize disruption.
ASRS Systems
We install mini-load, tote-based, and pallet ASRS systems in collaboration with the system integrator, handling the physical installation with care and precision.
Robotic Cells & Goods-to-Person
Our role is to physically place, anchor, and align robotic hardware. We stay closely synced with integrators and OEMs to make sure equipment is ready for commissioning.
System Commissioning Support
We don’t run final checks or validate performance, but we stay available during commissioning to make adjustments or corrections as needed. We take pride in being easy to work with and quick to respond when changes arise.
Automation & Robotics Support
From robotic cells and goods-to-person systems, we handle the installation and work with our client to get systems in place, aligned, and ready for handoff.
Control Panel Installation & Distribution
We install electrical panels, disconnects, and support systems according to the provided drawings. All work is clean, labeled, and compliant.
Robot arm Automation Connectivity
We handle power and signal wiring between mechanical components, sensors, and pre-engineered control panels—always staying in scope and in coordination with your integrator.
Support for Commissioning Teams
Our electricians remain available during commissioning for any changes, retests, or last-mile adjustments needed to close the loop and finish strong.
